Hi all,

Just in case you missed it Muma put a photo album up on Facebook of Bastille Day 2014.  It was my first but my Mum and Dad have been celebrating it for $$ years so it is a bit of a tradition for this household. 

Bastille Day is a French National Day or Celebration when the French people stormed the Bastille in an effort to reclaim their country while suffering from starvation and poverty. Muma likes to celebrate the odd Revolution here and there. Dad just loves to have an excuse to cook lots of wonderful dishes.

Dad really simplified the number of dishes this year and ended up with a wicked dark chocolate desert series.  He made 2 types of truffles, a chocolate mouse and a chocolate tart.  It made Muma giggle it was so good.
