December 2021 Story 23: Christmas Eve Part 1 Nali

Today was an exciting day and we will tell the story over three parts. Nali and Aunty Sarah were flying in, in the afternoon and we were very excited. We had already got supplies but now it was time to plan some fun and book in some activities. We are 12, 7, and 5, with very big age differences that will lessen over future years, but for now some of us work hard to keep up, while others step back and revisit the inner child. There are cool things we share like new media, sayings and perspectives. Each time it takes a moment to reorient ourselves and then we are bask to being cousins and going on adventures. We launched our school holidays together by checking out the Christmas displays, riding Musical Carousels at the Shopping Centre, being spoilt with toys from vending machines, taking selfies, and getting a quick dinner at Hungry Jacks before the next adventure.
