December Story 21: 26/12/2020 Boxing Day Wonder Woman

Back to the ‘Tourist To Do List’ and a chance to go to the movies with Michael while the girls went to a different film with Poppy, Nali, and Aunty Sarah. Wonder Woman was amazing of course, and so were these beautiful cousins getting photos in the photo booth. So good. Rockhampton HAS A Zoo so we made a visit. We saw koalas, meerkats, different primates, crocodiles, birds, reptiles, wombats, kangaroos and emus. It was a superhot day so we spent time at the hotel pool.  Super long day. When we travelled when the girls were babies, we would travel out and about one day, and have a rest day the next, making sure we stayed near the hotel. Now we just, go, go, go! It’s been really good to have a holiday because COVID has changed how we do adventure. It’s just the way it is at the moment, and as the girls grow, travel routines will change.
