27/05/2014 Meeting Godmother Teresa

Hello,

I met Aunty Teresa after Basketball on Saturday.  Aunty Teresa is my Muma's Godmother and gave my Nanma (Linda Jard) her first job off the dairy farm at her Fruit and Vege store, Les Doblos. She also knows a lot of my family on both sides and was successful in getting a street named after my Great Nanna, Lorna Jard, i.e. Jard street in Rockhampton. She has many wonderful and strange stories about travel and how the prices for everything is too high in Australia.  Very interesting and it got me thinking, mostly while I was asleep though.
